• 2 pcs per order. Pour drinking water in the wooden tumbler at night. After 8-10 hours the water will turn brown in color. Consume this colored water 30 minutes before breakfast. Once again pour drinking water in tumbler and consume it 30 minutes before dinner.
• Please Note: This particular Jamun herbal wood has tendency to develop cracks/leakages during use sometimes. Such instances does not reduce medicinal value of this product. In such cases, simply place the wooden tumbler in any vessel/container and keep using. We have not used any abrasive/polishing material inside or outside the tumbler. it is 100% Natural product.
• You may scratch the insides of the glass with sharp object to maintain the brown color life for a few days
